Ban Problem - I'm able to join the server when I'm banned

Well, I know it's not a forum for my problem since my version is CSBans but I hope you guys can help me.

I'm having a problem with CSBans 1.3, it's that I tried to test the ban system, it show up in the webpage but I'm able to join to the server even when I'm "banned". Also, I see the ban message in console when I'm in the server but I can play.
