Add a cvar in Back Weapons plugin

Changing cvars in the .sma file has no effect. They're stored internally in your server after you first load up the plugin and the value from the .sma file is not read again. The proper way to change them is via a .cfg file. Why did you request a cvar if you want to change it via the .sma? And why would you want to do that and recompile it instead of editing a .cfg file or using the amx_cvar command? What you're saying makes no sense.

I do not like to just write anything in amxx. cfg

Writing in amxx.cfg is 10x times faster than writing the same thing in the .sma, recompiling the plugin and replacing the .amxx file. This is how all plugins work.
