Request plugin 6.2

Hello dear people,
I recently came up with an idea after watching a video.
I wish you could help me add a new monster in addons 6.2
For example forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=219388
I tried it on a test server and it just works because I can't stop the infections and I can't set a player in a monster and kill him. This monster has 3 superpowers and is quite interesting in the game.
If anyone can help me fix it or there is a new monster for players I would be forever grateful if you could help me.
